*reads the scroll quicky then puts both hands over the fish, Sets the bone inside the fish's neck and heals it before healing the spinal cord, sends chakura into the heart trying to just start the fish's heart*

Read these books. *Points to books on table* Then practice your chakra control till it's second nature.
